Happiness is and will alway be the key to life. Happiness is inner peace, understanding and acceptance of the life you live. Your happiness cannot be achieved by somebody else, it must be fought for, valued upon and 100% your choice.
When we take a step back and look at ourselves .. there’s only two things in this world in which we live that we can take control of.
For most of us, thoughts are little mummers in our minds that consume our lives; not a second goes along where our head is not filled with something. Another term for thought is “mental representation” because thoughts are a representation of our mental health.

It’s true; our thoughts do affect how we are as a person. Our thoughts become our emotions, and we will always act upon how we feel. If we are always thinking negative, all the time we will ultimately become a negative, depressed person. Instead of allowing this negativity to take over our lives we need to take at look at what we want in life. Instead of working against our desires and intentions, we will move into alignment with them through positive thinking.
